Refund policy

 

We take great pride in creating great products and ensuring the items you ordered exceed your expectations.   We offer a limited return policy providing the following criteria is met:

Custom Holsters
Sales are final unless: 
  • An error was made in the manufacturing process which renders the holster unusable with the specified firearm in order
  • A holster component ( kydex, attachment, hardware, etc) is deemed defective
  • A website or other technical error results in a final product not originally ordered
Custom Hats
Sales are final unless:
  • Hat arrives in unwearable, damaged condition.
We take great care when shipping hats. Boxes are marked “fragile” for courier awareness. If you feel your hat is damaged and in unwearable condition, please send a photo with a return request within 3 days of delivery to info@brokenspokeco.com)

To start a return, you can contact us at thebrokenspokeco@gmail.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: Broken Spoke Co., 6313 US Hwy 701 sClarkton, NC 28433. Refunds do not include shipping costs. Products must be shipped back with the original and complete packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on custom orders, sale items or gift cards.

Refunds 
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at thebrokenspokeco@gmail.com.
